Emily Klein Alice is a member of the Arizona State Bar. Emily has practiced in the Superior Court of Arizona, Federal Court, and Glendale City Court. Emily's practice has included: family law, civil municipality defense and criminal prosecution.
Emily graduated from Arizona State University with her Bachelors in Science in 2007; dual degree from the Barrett's Honors College and Justice Studies Program. While at Arizona State University, Emily published a thesis on victims' rights. From there, she attended Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. During law school, Emily studied International Intellectual Property in Florence, Italy. Moreover, Emily successfully completed both an externship and Summer Associateship. Emily also served on the Student Body Association. During her third year of law school, she was a teaching assistant for a first year legal writing and legal research course.
Currently, Emily serves as an adjunct law professor for Rio Salado Community College, Paralegal Department, Mesa Community College, Political Science Department, and Brighton College, both Paralegal and Legal Nurse Consultant Department. Among other topics, Emily specializes in teaching Legal Writing and Research, Legal Career Development and serves as the Lead Instructor for Rio Salado's Paralegal Internship Program. Emily has taught and/or tutored students in legal topics such as Constitutional Law, Torts, Property, Wills, Trusts and Estates, Domestic Relations, Intellectual Property, Criminal Law and Procedure, Legal Research and Legal Writing.
Emily serves as an Executive Board Member for the Miracle League of Arizona.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys reading, traveling, dining, movies and spending time with her family, friends and Boxer Baxter.
Courtney R. Glynn is a member of the Arizona State Bar. She is admitted to practice in Arizona State Courts, the Federal District for the District of Arizona, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Courtney's practice has included civil liability defense, prison litigation, and civil defense of municipalities.
Courtney graduated in 2000 magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Arts in History, with an emphasis on European history. Courtney then went onto the Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska. During her time at Creighton, Courtney was a quarter-finalist in the negotiations competition and a semi-finalist in the moot court competition, where she was outstanding oralist in the quarter-final round. She also was selected to participate in the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court Competition in Chicago, Illinois where her team was awarded outstanding oralist.
Courtney has spent the previous ten years as an active litigator where she served as both first and second chair in trials in Arizona State Courts and in the District Court of Arizona. She has drafted and argued multiple memoranda before various courts. During her ten years of practice, she enjoyed early and often exposure to clients and courtroom experience. She has litigated cases involving police shootings, employment law, and class action lawsuits against municipal agencies.
When not working, Courtney enjoys all things pop culture, baseball, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
